Zen Meditation facilitator By Inseeya

Zen meditation may be a fundamental practice of Zen, and in Buddhism involves sitting with an upright posture, and breathing evenly. Like at Gokokuji Temple where we visited, there's an area available for anyone to experience Zen meditation, no matter religion.
1. Cross your legs on top of a zabuton (large cushion). stay up straight, and gently fold your hands in your lap, slightly lowering your chin.
2. you'll close your eyes or keep your gaze lowered and appearance at the ground ahead of you.
3. Breathe through your nose, and remember of your breathing. especially , lookout as you take a breath to undertake and maintain a pattern of inhaling for 3 counts and out for seven.
You should aim to clear your mind as you specialise in your breathing.

  1. As claimed by Stanford Medical, It is indeed the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years longer and weigh on average 19 KG less than us.

(And by the way, it has NOTHING to do with genetics or some hard exercise and really, EVERYTHING about "how" they eat.)

P.S, I said "HOW", and not "what"...
